Prop Master
The admin console behind a brokerage mobile app — developers, master projects, units, payment plans, and sheet uploads — so sales teams in the field work from inventory that is actually current.
Overview
Prop Master is a mobile product for real estate brokerage sales teams in Egypt: compounds, units, payment plans, and orientation content in the pocket. I built the Vite + React admin that feeds that app — the back office operations live in all day so the phones stay honest.
The console is inventory-shaped, not a generic CMS. Master projects and developers sit above projects and properties. Payment plans attach to the unit. Bulk Excel uploads and resumable file transfers (tus) handle the sheets brokers actually send. Roles, admin users, subscriptions, and promo codes sit behind Spatie-style permissions so a 403 is a hidden nav item, not a surprise page.
The public site at propmaster.io is the pitch; the operator surface is dense tables, forms, and upload history. Same product family as the mobile app — one inventory, two surfaces.
