Bolesa
The operator front-end for a fulfillment platform — multi-carrier AWBs, warehouse pick-and-pack, and COD wallets — with English and Arabic RTL for teams in Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
Overview
Bolesa is the screen ops, warehouse, and finance live in: store orders in, AWB out, COD collected. I built the Next.js front-end for shipping and WMS — from the marketing site through the AWB wizard, order queue, barcode pack stations, and wallet statements — against a live API used in Egypt and KSA.
Every order follows one path: Salla, Zid, Shopify, or a custom API into inventory, pick, pack, and a carrier label. Rate shopping across Aramex, SMSA, Bosta, J&T and the rest happens on one report. The warehouse floor shares that same order ID — hub slots, totes, and scan-to-pack — so CS does not open three carrier portals to answer a status question.
The product is local by design, not a global template with a flag swap. Locale routing, RTL, maps for addresses, and EGP/SAR settlement sit next to bulk Excel issuance, print queues, and COD that reconciles to the AWB instead of a weekly spreadsheet.
